How do we make an appointment to view the Principality Stadium?

Our specialist wedding co-ordinators offer total flexibility with regards to meetings 5 days a week and would be delighted to assist you wherever they can. Appointments are always necessary.

What if we want to change any of the package inclusions?

The Principality Stadium has a flexible approach towards our package inclusions, and will be happy to discuss your individual thoughts with regards to this.

Included in the packages is the wedding breakfast, how many of each course can we choose?

You may select one starter, one main course and one dessert on behalf of all of your guests. (not including dietary requirements and children) Should you decide to offer a choice menu for you guests, with up to 3 starters three main courses and three desserts, we will require a full pre-order 14 days prior to the date of your wedding. There will also be a supplement of per person which will be applicable.

Are there minimum numbers at the Principality Stadium?

Yes. Depending on the chosen room and package.

Do we provide a master of ceremonies/toastmaster?

Yes. however it is traditional for the best man to carry out this duty. (or if he doesn't feel comfortable with this maybe another member of the wedding party). If not the event manager will act as Master of Ceremonies/toastmaster.

Where can we take photographs if it is raining?

Here at the Principality Stadium we understand that the fantastic  Welsh weather is not always perfect for photographs, if this is the case on your special day, we would work alongside your photographer to make sure that you're photographic requirements are met.  (Limitations may apply to pitch side photo's)

Do we need to organise tables decoration/flowers?

Yes, we can help and advise on colours and designs and even point you in the right direction for the perfect table display. Decorations/Flowers can be delivered at any time wirh prior notification from the supplier.

Do we need chair covers?

This is an individual choice, we are able to supply chair covers here at the Principality Stadium either at an additional cost or included, depending on your package chosen. Bows and Tables runners can also be sourced to match your colour theme. Please ask your wedding coordinator for colours, styles and pricing.

How many Guests can you sit on a table and how many can we fit on top table?

With round tables, we can accommodate 8-10 guests per table very comfortably. Top Table can vary from as little as 2 - or as many as 16

Where can guests smoke if they wish?

There are designated smoking areas at either side of the Principality Stadium

What time does the bar close?

Here at the Principality Stadium the lounge Bar closing times are 00:30hrs bar closer, 01:00hrs depart.

How do my guests get into the Principality Stadium?

Your wedding coordinator will advise you the gate number on time of booking. This will depend on which lounge you use.
