Our recommendations are;
Sancerre Blanc Domanie de la Chezatte 2008 - France Very pale in colour with crisp gooseberry, lemon and cut grass notes on both the nose and palate alongside flinty, minerally notes.
Castillo de Clavijo Rioja Crianza 2004/5 - Spain Elegant, well-balanced Crianza Rioja with deep, mulberry, cinnamon and plum fruit. The 2003 vintage is a little, riper and more full-bodied than previous releases owing to the warmth of the vintage.
Vin de Pays des Maures Rosé Domaine D'Astros 2007 - South of France This Salmon-hued rose has an intense nose of grapefruit and other exotic fruits. It is fruity well-balanced and generous with more citrus fruit flavours. An invigorating wine, with a fresh finish.
Pol Roger Brut Reserve NV 75cl - France A yeasty champagne with bready notes on the nose, with creamy zesty fruit on the palate and an intense, balanced finish.
